The weather is finally turning to spring! Buds are starting to pop on the trees & bushes, plants are starting to sprout, but is it going to stick around? I see the forecast has cold temps, back into the 40's this week with rain, but hopefully it comes and goes!
This weekend we got to spend a lot of time outdoors. Easton had numerous walks, and we got yard work done along with some spring cleaning.
We also got EVERYTHING moved out of my parents' house! Glad they started this process a month ago. They have thrown, donated, and kept many items. I wish we could have moved everything into their new house, but that will come the last weekend of May. We're looking forward to them getting into their new house, but until then they'll live with James & Cori for 2 weeks and then us. I'm not complaining as having "live in sitters" should be nice ;) It's sad to think of May 1st, and the house no longer being "our home". We have had lots of wonderful memories in that house, and so glad we have pictures to show it. Easton will never remember that house as their's, but the rest of us always will. I still can't believe it, but seeing it empty, it's starting to sink in. Wednesday will be happy & sad, but I'm excited for my parents. They wanted a house that was more manageable, newer and that's just what there getting.
Everyone helped move, even Preston :)
Easton also got to enjoy his first bonfire this weekend. James & Cori had us all over on Saturday night for supper & s'mores!
