We finally decided to get tubes. Dr. Jensen said it would alleviate the pain he had when his ear drum ruptures, or when the infection set in. It will not keep him from getting infections, but will assist when he does. We're hoping for a healthy winter and hopefully very few ear infections! He did very well the day of surgery. Afterwards he was not a happy camper, but settled down fast, had a bottle and an hour or so later we were discharged.
We went for breakfast and he got his favorite- French toast :) Even got some shopping in, he was a great sport!
In between his tubes, I had my first OB appointment! Enjoy the sweet "little" video below :)
And to finish off the day (as if we hadn't seen enough Doctors), Eason had his 1 year appointment with Dr. Zylstra. By this point, he was not excited to be poked and checked!
